GRILLED MARINATED NORTHWEST KING SALMON

Snoqualmie Vineyards


INGREDIENTS:


4 - 6 oz. salmon fillets, cut on bias
1/4 cup Snoqualmie Vineyards Chardonnay
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
2 tsp. fresh tarragon, chopped
1/8 cup olive oil
1 large clove garlic, mashed
1/8 tsp. paprika
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and white pepper to taste

 


DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients and marinate salmon for one hour. Grill over hot coals until done. Serve on a bed of greens.
